Every day Iโm brainstorming ways to get more money. Even when Iโm getting money, Iโm thinking of how I can get more. Draw up a budget ka stipend? Skang gafela
@Bantu_Kubo So my "intentionally naive" reasoning is that because they had so much of the ball, he usually didn't have to play his OOP position ๐. And with Stones being so effective in the buildup, Gundo didn't necessarily need to be as deep as you'd generally expect him to be.
@Bantu_Kubo Absolutely, I suppose having so much of the ball means they'll constantly be camping in opp territory facing their goal and plotting ways to break down low blocks so it makes sense. Quite fascinating that a #10 can be viewed as "behind-the-ball" ๐. Madness really.
@Bantu_Kubo Excellent explanation, now I fully understand. I was a bit lost as to how the geometry factor affected leadership in this context but you cleared it all now. For the sake of small conversation, I found Gundo to be positionally different from all others, especially last season
@B_TheScoreline Since players in deeper position have a better view of the field (less pressure applied and minimal turning requirements), they are in a position to provide better on-field guidance to the team. Of course, this is in line with them having leadership qualities.
@B_TheScoreline Until you've manned a whole flank in the midday heat in some inconsequential game, you'll always wish that on your best attacking player.๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
