This is truly the most beautiful video Iβve seen lately
So tender and heart-warming, yet it makes you stop and reflect, with a subtle touch of sadness
We may have gained so much, but perhaps weβve lost even moreβ¨
Over the last 5 months, Iβve lost 45 pounds & kept it off. I achieved this through an initial calorie deficit & walking 5+ miles/day.
What I believe really helped maintain long-term success is that I changed my relationship with food.
Whenever I eat, I donβt necessarily think of food as something to be enjoyed β I view it as medicine.
When I wake up in the morning to eat a combination of chicken & avocado or steak and hard-boiled eggs,
I think, βIβm eating this to nourish & fuel my body.β
It may sound silly, but changing my attitude for how I feel about food has really made me pay closer attention to the nutritional value of the food Iβm putting into my body (& whether or not itβs going to provide me the strength I need to carry out my work).
I hope this is helpful to any of you on a health journey.
@TaraBull808 Iβm with the man. Was on a flight where the kid was screaming (not cause of air pressure cause he was screaming in the airport prior) and the parents did NOTHING. No reason we should have to tolerate just cause itβs a kid.
