We will be working with Lucy Hutchinson in our next two sessions, using domestic spaces to gather motifs and patterns. This is inspired by Vuillard, who focused on the every day lives of his matriarchal family.

The Barber's new exhibition #Maman opens today! This exhibit focuses on Édouard Vuillard and his mum, Marie. Working before the Age of Selfies, Vuillard painted his Ma more than 500 times. Come and see how Marie, a carer and businesswoman, inspired him throughout his career.
