@AerLingus Nope. You just have to go onto your app or your site to see the problem for yourself. The glitch is still not fixed. I suggest you get your IT team on it. It's not the first time but not impressed that it keeps taking so long to fix each time. I'll try again tomorrow.

It is even more worrying that even now, the culture of intimidation, and insulting criticism is being rewritten by Raab’s supporters as simply the actions of a driven man and a bunch of narcissistic wimps who couldn’t cope with being told to do their jobs.

All of the qualities that you see in good leadership; humility, self-awareness, authenticity, vulnerability, empathy, none of them are apparent in the non-apology, and subsequent BBC interview from Mr Raab.

It’s no excuse that he is “ambitious, dedicated and focused”, there are plenty of people who have those qualities who still manage to be respectful of others, engage in reasonable and respectful dialogue and deliver high standards.

Let’s be clear there are plenty of ways of giving feedback, or highlighting needs for improved performance without belittling, humiliating, intimidating, threatening or insulting. These are all behaviours that the Adam Tolley KC’s report found Raab had indulged in.

@ww_uk why make it impossible to cancel membership. I cancelled online on 11 April see screenshot. No acknowledgment email and money came out today. My account still active. Times for customer service line are incorrect on the help page.
