@BandQ so disappointed to order 2 separate items recently with both showing in stock on your website & orders processed to then being informed after chasing delivery dates that both the items are indeed out of stock! Why should we bother ordering from #b&q in the first place.

@BandQ@bandq_help I have been having no end of problems with my order for fitted wardrobes that I first started way back in June! I have received the wrong order no less than 4 times. Customer services are appaling constantly refering me back to my local store despite the fact I bought it online

Stuck @BandQ waiting for a refund but they are trying to tell me it may take them 24 beware there is an IT problem, because I’ve told them that’s not good enough, and that they took my money quick enough they are threatening to have me thrown out. Great way to treat customers 😡

Absolutely sick of the service from @BandQ . Everything that gets delivered is damaged and I spend my time on the phone to there customer service that don’t have a clue!!!!
