🔸Muribusy kupururudzira zvibhorani mutaundi asi pamakatora nyika muna1980, communal wells and public boreholes were unheard of in Harare. Vana vaidzidza paChitsere had a public swimming pool that was always clean and kids from all over Mbare enjoyed this well-maintained recreational facility.
Chero kumarokesheni, mvura yakachena yaibuda mumatap. Clean tap water was the most normal thing. Anababa vaienda kumabasa kumaIndustry. Vana vaidzidza kuzvikoro zveGovernment vachibudirira. PaHarare High paive nemukurumbira wekugona Maths. Bvunzai vakakurira kuMbare in the 60s and 70s if you think I’m lying.
Mauraya nyika. Kuparadza nyika kusvika pekuti mapostori anopfeka magementsi kuti vapemhere mota instead yekuenda kunonamata kumasowe. When the politics is broken, nyika yese inokamhina.
It’s a mess.

Much respect to Rusty Markham and Fadzayi Mahere for walking out of that circus called parliament. There is nothing honourable about being among deceitful people.
🔸Musanyepe kuti there’s a Disability Policy in place. There isn’t. If Govt was implementing a sound Disability Policy, we would not see persons with disabilities on social media begging daily for wheelchairs.
What disability grant? Who is receiving it? How much is it? Musanyepe zvinhu zviri pachena.
This indignity is a mess.

🇿🇼Mwana weVhu, usanyengerwa namagunanzi! #DefendTheConstitution today, tomorrow, and every day! Our voices are our most powerful tool, and we cannot afford to exchange them for temporary goodies or gifts.
Do not be deceived. The future of our children and generations to come depends on our commitment to safeguarding our rights and upholding the constitution.
We are the responsible people, and it is our duty to stand firm and defend what is just and right. Let’s stay vigilant, united, and unwavering in our resolve.
Hello folks. My name is MaZwangendaba and I come from Bulawayo kontuthu ziyathunqa meaning the city that is ever smoking.
I remember my father, usually on Fridays after night shift from Dunlop, how he would buy us goodies. How he would buy beer together with his friends from Belmont industrial area( Merlin, Mornach, CSC, Dairiboard etc). Workers were happy as they would get their weekly salaries without fail. Families were still intact with nobody thinking of migration. Soul brothers, Lovemore Majaivana music blaring from the stereos. All sorts of meat barbequed. I feel like weeping as I reminisce about the good old days.
Today Belmont is a ghost town with abandoned factories. It no longer smokes. Residents don't have jobs no more. The youth either skip the country or drown their sorrows in illicit drugs and alcohol. Graduates are vendors. Most live from hands to mouth. It's a mess. ZANU PF destroyed a good thing.
🔸I’ll never back down from demanding a country that works properly for everyone. We were once known for being educated, having good infrastructure, running a solid public health system, cherishing hard work, being the breadbasket of the region and having robust institutions to regulate our society.
This culture of cheerleading mediocrity where we once cherished excellence, creating beggars where we used to put our shoulders to the wheel to work and chanting slogans where we used to ideate to solve problems - just ain’t it.
The Zimbabwean Dream was built on hard work, quality education, integrity, community spirit, visionary thinking, building systems and making sure we were a force to be reckoned with on the international stage. It’s been replaced by a nightmare of corruption, looting, cronyism, dodgy dealing, selfishness, incompetence, primitive accumulation, begging, shortermism and an uninspiring poverty of ambition.
When are we going to wake up and rebuild the psyche of this nation? When are we going to go back to models and values that used to drive us in the past? When are we going to go back to having public servants who are so ashamed of stealing or acting immorally that they would rather commit suicide? When are we going to fix the imbalance of 49% extreme poverty yet we have boundless lithium, gold, platinum and other treasure?
When are we going to take our great nation back?
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
Two terms are enough for a leader to achieve any intended goals, which is why that limitation was placed in the constitution. Respect the constitution. ❌#NoTo2030❌ #2030Musipo
