@RelianceDigital Hi Liza,
Just a reminder regarding Order ID: RD68223BD70E6D5F98B9. I’m still awaiting your update on the resolution, as discussed earlier. Kindly share the status at the earliest.

@RelianceDigital Hi Liza,
Flipkart has a clearly defined return process—on raising a complaint within time, they asked just for 2 photos and processed the return smoothly.
In contrast, Reliance Digital only sent automated replies, with no clear resolution flow. Disappointed. @flipkartsupport

@RelianceDigital Hi Lisa, I spoke with Reliance Digital. They said they'll accept a return if POCO gives written confirmation that the product had a manufacturing defect on delivery. I've asked Reliance to email this so I can share it with POCO. (Order ID: RD68223BD70E6D5F98B9)

@RelianceDigital Hi Lisa, SBI has now closed my chargeback citing the charge slip. But the issue remains unresolved—no communication from Reliance yet. I’ve also sent a formal mail again (Order ID: RD68223BD70E6D5F98B9). The matter isn’t surfacing clearly, and I genuinely need support here.

[Bhaskar Singh Rawat @Baake19Singh]

@RelianceDigital Hi Liza, there’s been no follow-up from Reliance via email. The damaged phone is still unused and packed. I’ve already purchased a new one and raised a chargeback with SBI Credit Card. Please escalate this—still waiting for a proper resolution.

@RelianceDigital Hi Liza,
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful update! I can’t express how relieved and happy I felt reading your message. I’ve been waiting for a resolution, and your words brought me genuine joy. Truly grateful for your support and timely help!

Warm regards,
Bhaskar

@DhanrajNathwani @RIL_Updates @RelianceDigital A true legacy stands on trust. Sadly, @RelianceDigital has failed me. Received a cracked phone (Order: RD68223BD70E6D5F98B9), raised complaint on time, still no resolution. As a Rapido captain, this delay affects my livelihood daily. Please help. #CustomerSupportFail #AnantAmbani

@DhanrajNathwani @RIL_Updates While dropping a customer as a Rapido captain, a man showed extreme road rage — tried to make me fall off my bike thrice. I couldn’t record him because my old phone failed. All I could think of was the cracked Poco phone I paid for from @RelianceDigital. Still unresolved.

@GuntherEagleman @elonmusk thank you 🙏

Reliance Digital couldn’t even deliver one intact phone on time — and their customer care has worse response time than stalled jets. 📱✈️
