It's truly devastating that the same people who are supposed to protect innocent civilians and uphold the law are instead resorting to stealing and robbing citizens of their homes. It is distressing to see that those who are supposed to protect innocent civilians are instead robbing them. In addition to being an environmental activist and peace-builder, Fadumo Jibril is also a co-founder of various organizations, including Horn of Africa Relief & Development and Sun Fire Cooking. Her efforts have been recognized by several awards, including the Goldman Environmental Prize.
