Amazed a company like Flipkart is able to get away with such terrible customer service.@flipkartsupport is not only incompetent but also negligent towards it's customers. My issue has not been resolved since 8th March and all they have to say is "Please Wait 24 hrs".@_Kalyan_K

@flipkartsupport The issue has not been resolved yet. You guys lack structure and have no internal communication whatsoever. If you actually take a min to check, you'll see the product still hasn't been picked up. It's still at my place taking up space, which I do not have.

Flipkart has the absolute worst customer support and service. I had heard stories about how bad Flipkart is but now I am experiencing it firsthand. My return and refund has beenapproved but they are unable to get a delivery-contd in comments @flipkartsupport @Flipkart @_Kalyan_K

I have been waiting 24 hrs for past 20 days now. And it looks like Flipkart support has been trained to make customers so miserable that the customers would give up. There is no structure for escalation. Everytime I call, I have to go through the process of explaining everything
