BLACK GINGER FIZZ

[ 8 B.Berries, 2 sprigs Mint, 1 part Lime Juice, 1 part Ginger Syrup, 2.5 parts Vodka, Soda water]

- Gently Muddle berries, mint leaves and ginger syrup
- Add lime, and vodka. Shake on ice.
- Pour on ice, top up with soda.
- Garnish with mint n lemon wheel.

Passion fruit Caiprioska.

[1 Passion fruit, 1 lime cut into wedges, 1 part simple syrup, 2 parts vodka, ice.]

Muddle lime wedges on rocks glass,
Add simple syrup, vodka and passion fruit pulp
Add ice and stir

BLACK WIDOW

[1 part Lemon juice, 8 Blackberries, 1 part Simple Syrup, 3 parts B.Berry Juice, 2.5 parts Vodka]

Muddle berries with lemon juice and simple syrup.
Add juice, vodka and ice.
Shake and pour into glass

Garnish with skewered berries.
