On 30 Sep 2025 at ~13:30, I received a recovery call from Umesh from Muthoot. During the call, he disclosed my Axis Bank account transaction details illegally and pressured me to pay. His boss threatened my wife that he would reach the office and call 12-15times a day. Banks are non-responsive to complaints. RECOVERY HAASSMENT Alert 🚨

Muthoot Finance sales agent threatened my wife on WhatsApp, saying he will storm her TCS office tomorrow about my EMI.
This is not recovery — this is criminal harassment, mental torture & abetment to suicide, openly violating RBI recovery guidelines.

I am already under severe depression, on medication, and facing life threat due to their repeated privacy violations and public humiliation.
If anything happens to me or my family, Muthoot Finance will be directly responsible.

I am deeply shocked at the conduct of one of your personal loan sales staff who abused me verbally , like sell gold & stop eating when I miss only 20days delay . They also bribe to approve my loan.
Also visit my home at 7:30pm for payment date when I delay only 10days & disclose loan detail in front of family.
I have call recordings as proof. This is a gross violation of RBI’s guidelines and is outright criminal.
I demand full investigation, disciplinary action, and a public apology.
Kindly respond in 7 working days, or I will escalate to RBI / Ombudsman / legal.
