21-2-234 says after five years you go from active to inactive status if you have no contact.

When you move out of state and come back and reregister that is considered CONTACT, and your Registration date changes to the current date. Duh.

You NEVER lawfully show up as inactive when you "reappear" on the voter roll. Unless the crooks are up to no good..... Well

Reg ID 02849660 - Mary Zellinger showed up as an "inactive status" on the new 10/26 voter roll. Was not on 10/1 or 10/12. Let's discuss ALL the issues.....
