My alt account never received any ban whatsoever, and I can’t figure out for the life of me as to why I would receive a ban. I already submitted an appeal

@nikgeneburn also for context, the three hours before my ban, which was I think my second or third game of arena, we couldn't even get into a match, and I alt f4'd and called it a night by then, then woke up in the morning and got banned email.

Please have one of your team members take a look into my ban appeal. I believe I was unfairly banned, I am trying to figure out as the reason to why I was banned. I would like to address that no third party apps were used, no botting was used, 2FA was used, etc.

@domontovich Not related to the lighthouse, but hello Sergei. I have played tarkov for about five years, have played it as like one of my top two games, had my EOD still shining as it was. But recently I was just hit with what I believe is a false ban. I would like your advisory.
