If you care about my fight for human rights and want to understand what I have been fighting for in Canada for years, Its been hard for me to be outspoken about, but I shared a little bit on facebook. Feel free to read.

Its already unaccessable when indigent people have to pay thousands of $ they dont have for transcripts to a 3rd party in order to appeal with the pressure of unreasonable statutes of limitations that prevent them from ever having access to the propper jurrisdiction due 2 poverty
Now they want to take away my right to have an agent represent my voice in court, making the court completlety unaccessable to those who cant afford a lawyer like myself. Its unfair to make a self represented person with unmatched education and comprehension go against lawyers.
The acceptance of misinterpretations with no consequences, no accountability, and with the constitution not even being ruled upon by using judicial conservation, allows for governments to knowingly and unlawfully impose on your rights w/intent to do it again and again and again.
Also, it has been accepted by the courts that governments can have an excuse of "misinterpretation" when doing wrong and have no consequences when that means harming others or stripping ppl of their rights and freedoms. This must not be accepted, they need to be held accountable
On the comment I made about B&W marriages, it goes to show that government emposed laws are not always lawful nor morally right and process takes far too long in courts to correct. Our legal system is flawed, but courts are necessiary to impose limitations on gov. to protect all
@BrentRichter I may be fighting in Van now but this is about N Van too and Canada. You heard the last case and what it was reduced to. It was not reflective of the truth and shows corruptions easily imposed durring covid. It was not a fair process by phone.
What are the courts there for if it is not for the betterment of society? Citizens have faith that the courts have their interest in mind and will correct wrongs. Eg, When the laws on B&W marrages were changed to support one couple, it was changed for the betterment for all.
In my experiences I have seen witness tampering and corruptions, one judge practically said "[HOW DARE YOU ask for a ruling that benefits all of Canada]" when I wanted a ruling to protect myself from future harm and legal challanges and to protect others.
