@RachelNichols1 Trouble getting back to sleep after getting up for the bathroom? Sorry to hear this! It happens to me 2-3x a night and I just fall back to sleep. Not turning any lights on helps so long as I don't stub my toe on something. In that case, crying myself to sleep works. 🤷‍♂️😉
