@acbowen When I traveled to Shanghai people were so into their transit cards there was a small industry of transit stickers. These were custom stickers for the exact dimension of the card. This was 14 years ago. People would sell them at stations, stores or markets.
@warren_craddock Why "remote" in the titles? From an "on prem" perspective, they are closer to being on "location" compared folks back in the office, no?
Could you use something existing like System Analyst, System Administrator or Business Analyst? You could add Vehicle - Vehicle System Admin
@isaactweeting@the_transit_guy Quick Google search shows San Diego's population is bigger than Dallas and almost as big as Philadelphia. San Francisco population is actually smaller. I'm not as familiar with the east coast. What makes Philly an "economic center."
@keyon Try chocolate from a smaller company in the US. You might be surprised. Cacao beans can vary in flavor, just like wine grapes or batches of beer. A small company making bean-to-bar chocolate might have some chocolate you like and some you don’t.
@ladyefron I replied back, "You got this!"
The mans's daughter overheard him and overheard me. She started chastising him, said she was embarrassed and then added encouragement, "Yeah, you got this!"
The driver reset, closer to my car this time, and nailed it. Celebration ensued.
@ladyefron This week an old guy called out a woman parallel parking behind me, "It's not going to work!" She was too far from my car and the angle was too sharp.
Her window was open and she heard him. She looked at me with determination and said, "I'm going to prove him wrong."
@CaitlynMooneyMD Anecdotally, I have connections with or heard several stories of young people getting strokes or (in this case) a pulmonary embolism. Seeing you're an MD, could these be related to COVID or is this just me having pattern recognition bias?
Hearing @lizzo play some of the Library's priceless antique instruments on Monday was such a gift, and we were honored and happy to help her share that gift with her concert audience Tuesday night. Here is some more behind-the-scenes footage of her Library tour. #LizzoAtLOC
@CaseyNewton@moorehn@JuddLegum Do you know how much was donated and by whom? The numbers on "open secrets" would suggest not much.

@Bee_Bailey @andykoppsd It sounds so simple, but these haven't been "low political cost" in San Diego. Traffic circles and bulb outs created a lot of anger in my neighborhood. The mayor recently removed a bike lane after it was established. These might be the most controversial topics behind housing
@sdurban Aren't there already apartments in all of those neighborhoods? Perhaps not the area designated "Talmadge Park North." Would existing apartments fall into historical guidelines?
@DonaldShoup I'm curious around the definition of apartment here. I live in a neighborhood that was traditionally all single-family homes, but allowed for multi-family units. My neighbor has a house and built an apartment in the backyard.
