@dave43law@SuellaBraverman has any white person admitted to you for feeling guilty for being white? Or you are trying to put this thought into their heads? Agree this is pure dog whistling to further her own agenda.
I want my taxes to go towards better public services, not mis-spent to further government ideology or benefitting cronies through Covid #PPE contracts, 'laundering' public money through the NHS', etc.
#ToryCorruption
@UKLabour I'd rather be taxed and extra one or two percent to control inflation, have better public services than have interest rates that mean my mortgage is £800 per month higher, payments to service national debt higher, and nothing to show for it other than a bankers new car.

@Eyeswideopen69@sirrodneysmith The ECHR can also order a country that has been found to have violated human rights to pay compensation to the victim or victims. You have to wonder why this government is so against protecting human rights. Perhaps laying the groundwork for #Freeports? https://t.co/I3Z8n7FXhO
@FennellJW@BWallArthur Johnson wanted a world-beating app, wasted precious time then ditched it for Apple/Google technology. Could have been a ploy to line cronies' pockets in the process. 🙄
At least bailing out the banks (says I through gritted teeth) saved the economy back then.
@FullFact Liz Truss was also Chief Secretary to the Treasury and look what she did. No wonder Sunak wants compulsory maths until 18. Maybe those who are responsible for public expenditure should be re-tested.
@GBNEWS So Sunak thinks education is, and will be better under the Tories, yet the spending per pupil “declined by about 9% in real terms in the decade up to 2020” according to the Institute of Fiscal Studies.
Do some fact checking.

@dirkdirk55877@GBNEWS@RicHolden Some truth from the ONS. Contrary to popular belief, the Tories are the party of high UK borrowing and low debt repayment. The maths if you're interested, by @RichardJMurphy (Prof of Accounting): https://t.co/dqdM3SO5aq
@carolvorders@LBC Households earning the top 10% of incomes pay about 27% in total of most direct and indirect taxes, according to Office of National Statistics (ONS) data.
But don't belittle those who are paying the other 73% of taxes that props this government up.
@RobJaco69382197@carolvorders@LBC Why? Ego-nomics, because they keep stashing it away offshore, or they have money dysmorphia, or they are insecure, who knows. And they never have enough money on them and you end up paying for their coffee/cab fare/poppy.
Do you understand why Labour refuse to rejoin the EU now? Labour are fully backing the Tories Freeports and SEZs corporate takeover of🇬🇧, they are investing in human misery and modern-day slavery. Brexit is being forced to work and rejoining is being sabotaged. I explain why👇🏻
Coming up on #BBCPM today at 5 – what is happening with government debt?
Join us to find out, after this interview on yesterday’s programme by @EvanHD with the Treasury Chief Secretary Laura Trott ⬇️
@Haggis_UK Is that how leaders behave? If you're the Prime Minister - admittedly #SunakTheLiar wasn't then - the buck stops with you. Never mind who said this or did that. If you can't take the heat, call a #GeneralElectionN0W
@JoLashly@implausibleblog @divadarlings1 In that case, almost anyone could have done better - to pre-empt those who doubted if @UKLabour would have done a better job.
