Elysia AOT build plugin

It runs Elysia code construction (new Function), Sucrose, and TypeBox Compile in the build step

This would really help with Cloudflare Worker by eliminating `new Function` and reducing most startup time

Jarred Sumner 在 ziglang/zig 仓库提交 122 个 issue/PR(段 06),把 Bun 当成 Zig 编译 器最大压测案例，这是双向技术驱动而非单向消费。

迁回 Rust(2026)不是 Zig 的"失败", 而是目标客户从社区用户转为 Anthropic Claude Code internal infra(见姊妹研究 bun-rust-rewrite) 后, memory-safety + hiring-pool 权重压过了 Zig 时代的 dev-velocity 优势。
