Born into a small middle-class family in Jaipur, Roman Saini cracked the AIIMS entrance exam at just 16 and became a doctor by the age of 21. But he didn't stop there. At 22, he cleared the IAS exam, becoming one of India's youngest IAS officers and serving in Madhya Pradesh.

Yet, his ambitions went beyond government service. In 2015, he took a bold step by resigning from the IAS to co-found Unacademy with Gaurav Munjal and Hemesh Singh.

What started as a simple YouTube channel is now a ₹26,000 crore edtech giant, empowering millions of students across India.
