Hello @airindia I booked a return ticket from LHR to COK. Instead of morning evening was booked. Price is same 4 both and I travel with infant .within an hour I reached out to ur team but they charge me 11K for this .I feel its not fair 😢
@airindia This response doesn't help here ...when you can change this for other international sector sector without pay why not for London ? It's a simple change 😌

I am not cancelling or rescheduling to another day. it's the same day.I realized the selction error within 5 min after booking. .but charging a hefty not acceptable . Other intl airlines support and help if requested within 24 hrs.

The below pics says it all...I bought it frm Collier Row store. My daughter found this live worm when opened. We never expect this from a Brand like Tesco.when I made a complaint, they tried bribing me with £5 voucher which is not acceptable.@LBofHavering
