@JustinTrudeau Sad what Russia is doing, however kind of like our governments removing kids from First Nation families. We still do it today. Maybe we can put some energy into cleaning up Canada.
I find it interesting that the Fed and Prov Govts provided funding based on constructing a new 55+ centre, but this redesign shifts to something else. Do they still receive the funds in that case? Seems like bait and switch.

A lot of % this and % that in the article. When I saw the announcement it said a buyer would save $349 per month on purchase of $700k house. The shock to me was to see monthly payments on such purchase would be $4,250 per month. How does a young family afford that?

Good point. You can build all the houses you want, but if we can’t afford them we won’t buy them. Current prices on new condos is stopping us from moving from house to condo. But we are much better off than first time home buyers - I feel for them.
Interesting to see National Post took us down their own click bait journey in explanation. I almost felt @nationalpost started this to direct traffic to their “robustly filled with ads” explanation. I didn’t read the article till end.
@Toastmasters Tech failure last night! But, with practice over time at Toastmasters, solutions come quicker. Was up an running in 30 seconds. No harm, no foul.
Hope they can work in the word “affordability” alongside “availability.” Pure EV are so costly, at least at the moment. Due to that still clinging to gas.
$25,000 break on $500,000 apartments. $500k apartment? What part of that makes it affordable? As for the rest just seems to be a way to add 1 more high paid Minister (with fully staffed department) and many, many more government staff. Wish them well, but gosh……..

Well, that “and make 10 million dollars” clause means I don’t have to register my blogs. If I was making that much I don’t believe I would be upset registering. Not sure what the issue is?
