I wanted to share our experience with the Biconomy exchange. We believe that this exchange is harmful to the KRC20 community and should be avoided at all costs. The market maker is insufficient and seems designed to drain liquidity from projects. We've had a frustrating experience trying to withdraw funds from the market-making account.

We offered to negotiate the listing fee, as the listing has severely impacted our project, costing us 4,000 USDT in liquidity and another 4,000 in tokens, in addition to an 8,000-dollar listing fee. However, they stated that we can only negotiate with a suggested Korean market maker to recover our funds, which is unacceptable.

We are spreading awareness to prevent other small projects from suffering similar losses. They have been unwilling to provide any final word on negotiations and have been uncooperative regarding a possible refund of any portion of the listing fee after operating for just 26 days. We are using the read receipts in telegram as clear indicators that they have zero intentions of working with the community.

Please share this message to warn others to avoid this exchange. We tried to resolve this privately, but they seem too greedy to even consider refunding any part of the listing fee. The positive reviews of their exchange are likely fake, as are the users and the reported trading volume. This exchange should be avoided.
