Comparing Nigeria's public transport system to that of the UK, without accounting for the major differences in infrastructure and security, is flawed🫠
In the UK, every station, bus, and train is equipped with CCTV cameras, ensuring a basic level of safety...can’t say the same for Nigeria. A lady was literally rapped and killed on a brt bus and I don’t know if she ever got justice till date. For someone like me, seeing these stories daily on the TL, I’m always paranoid about public transports now. Even UBER.
In the event of an accident in UK, emergency response teams are reliably on the scene within minutes. You can’t say the same for Nigeria where tragic incidents regularly occur, many of which could have been avoided entirely in a country with functioning systems btw 🤷🏽♀️.
You claim that “japa” people don't want to adapt to the lifestyle but they “manage” abroad….How often do power outages occur in the UK? Rarely, if ever. Most people here don’t even own power banks because electricity is dependable. Yet, you expect them to accept frequent power outages and resort to “candlelight” or “lanterns” as if this is normal.
Regarding food expenses, it's worth noting that the cost of basic food items in Nigeria has skyrocketed. Even cooking at home has become comparable in price to dining out. The idea that people should simply "manage" is invalidating the harsh economic realities many are facing.
Lastly, it's troubling how comfort (something as basic as uninterrupted power, efficient public transport, or affordable food) is often framed as a luxury in Nigeria, rather than a standard that citizens should demand. In many countries, these are considered the bare minimum for a functioning society.
@firstladyship That is a lie , the corrupt leaders are to blame. It’s only just 30 years ago black people in South Africa started being treated with some semblance of equality

I took a flight from Winnipeg to Newcastle. My flight got to Newcastle but was turned back to Paris. We were promised a hotel on getting there. We got there and everyone was offered a hotel including those without visa except me because I carry a Nigerian passport passport. i
Lol
This same Faith?
A woman like you is in pains and severe suffering from a marriage that is not even barely 6 months, and your only concern from day 1 was her husband.
Joyce is dead, and you have quickly posted that you wish you have a husband like him.
You fought Joyce even on her sick bed,
You and your group of female witches in that Church kept telling Joyce to make a video that she is healed. And she doesn’t have the kidney issues anymore.
You were literally THREATENING her to make a video for your stupid church.
You asked her to send money to the Church, that she doesn’t need dialysis anymore.
Bullied her to refund money to your fellow church witches that donated 20k to her.
You and your stupid church wanted her to not just give the church 2 million but make a video that she was healed. And tell everyone she’s refunding the rest of the money and EXPLAIN to you, how she spent the money she already expensed.
You people bullied Joyce to her grave.
Well I don’t talk without evidence ✌🏻.
Greetings madam Faith. “My dear sister” I pray Joyce forgives you.
You people think you can bully people because they don’t have well to do families.
This was you discouraging people from helping her and saying she’s pretending she was still having kidney issues.
Now you’re acting like a Saint.
Typical church witches.
