Theres the 123 trilogy which is all very connected story wise and has the same gameplay mechanics. Then 456 as action games that also are direct sequels. And 789. Same thing.

@EdwardSnider17 @TCMF2 Well those three are very similar. Basically the same game just continued. But you could say the same for 1-3 and 7-9. Each is basically a trilogy in story and in gameplay mechanics. Kinda cool how it’s triplets. Not counting the non mainline titles and spin offs of course.
