@Hawkster52@hart_editing They also paid the talent terribly and treated them as disposable assets to be worked to death as teenagers and young women, then discarded when they turned 26.

@davemeltzerWON Didn't she say that she took a pay cut by shutting down her onlyfans?
Everything I've heard has indicated that the NWA is where you go to make a stable living, TNA is where you go to rebuild your name, and MLW is for people who are blinded by the idea of any kind of contract.
@Thecoachrules They literally lost money on the live events division for 7 of the last 8 quarters before COVID lockdown.
Not a defense of TKO but the thin margins on house shows are a real thing. And that's with only paying the talent 15% of revenue.
@jimmyvan@davemeltzerWON Jimmy.
What point do you think you're making here? What do you think happened in that situation?
Levesque cut Killings. They realized they needed to bring him back. Killings refused to deal with Paul, so Nick Khan made the deal.
This counters the point you think you made.
@MandaLHuber I've been hot and cold on her commentary in the past. But holy shit, she was dialed in all week and was easily one of the MVPs of the Vegas shows. It felt like she finally found her voice and I have no idea how she had one left after doing SO MUCH commentary in the damn desert.
@davemeltzerWON@KrisZellner If Andreas had posted this at the start of the week, any show of solidarity would be risking interview opportunities etc. and risk upsetting editors, losing YouTube revenue, etc.
Today? Nobody has a valid excuse. They're just weak.
@davemeltzerWON@KrisZellner Here's the thing in this case, though:
There are no more press conferences. Media days are over. The media box experience at WM sucks. There's nothing of value to be lost this specific weekend by walking out. Go watch the show anywhere else.
They're just 99% spineless fanboys.
