@adamdobson123@ClementsCharl96 Claudication is simply an old term for "limping" or lame - so intermittent "limping" from a provoking (canal) position (neurogenic) or exertion (CAD) as differentiated from a limping to do OA in the hip for example.

@function2fitnes release? - that is the debate. Palpate - yes for sure. I can get my fingers on something and then have them hip flex and feel muscle contraction (just like we do with other muscles that are easier to palpate) - or is that poo contracting?
