@RickyPDillon Its the most amazing feeling.I feel the tension release from my head &face,my mouth drops open.If your headache is on the right hand side then apply pressure to the same area but this time on your right hand.I swear its so effective.I actually feel a bit wasted when i do it

@RickyPDillon As you pinch that spot between your thumb and index finger, thry to use as much pressure as possible.When u find that nodule it should hurt more when you apply pressure there. That is exactly where your pressure point is.I hope i have explained it well enough

@RickyPDillon So if with your right hand you pinch that area ,so that your right index finger is placed in your palm under that spot and your right thumb is placed on top of the spot, now pinch together,you shud feel like a nodule there,you know u have the right spot if it is quite painful

@RickyPDillon There is a point between your thumb and index finger.Below that web part between the thumb&finger,almost adjacent to the base of your thumb there is a pressure spot.If you headache is on the right hand side of your head you have to apply pressure on the left hand and vice versa

@RickyPDillon Hey Ricky ginger is a well known natural remedy for nausea.People take is for travel sickness quite often. For headaches i always use pressure points.Difficult to describe where it is tho. But it is the best for headaches& if you manage to find the right spot its unreal
