unofficial/unaffiliated account. I love the show & picking up on the not so real parts. I know some past contestants, & I'll share insights, but mostly theories
@CherryLudens I can’t think of a single contestant that the show has screwed with more than Colton. They set him up to fail on the bachelorette and paradise (well-placed Tia appearances) and have now destroyed him with this Cassie stunt. No way the show didn’t cut a deal with her
As always, I don’t read spoilers/ articles about the show or even watch the unnecessarily revealing season previews at the start/end of each ep.
So, based only on the episode I just watched, I think the final 4 are:
Caellyn
Hannah G
Demi
Hannah B
#TheBachelor
What will be annoying as well are the contestants that can’t see/don’t know that Catherine will stick around week after week because of producers, not Colton (as Tahzjuan just demonstrated). They’ve all seen this show before, right?
#TheBachlor
Catherine will stick until ep 4 or 5 (producer pick) which will annoy #Thebachelor fans who will wonder why he keeps giving her roses (not his choice). Then she will go home on a 2-on-1 date in what is the easiest prediction of the season (there’s that bachelor script again)
Catherine = Krystal. They are the same character. Cast in the same role, willing to do what the producers want them to do to ruffle feathers. Aka interrupt when they’re encouraged to interrupt.
The other similarities (annoying voice, fakeness) are uncanny
#Thebachelor
#TheBachelor script for the last 15 seasons:
Scene: 1st impression rose comes out
Woman 1: “the room just got intense”
Woman 2: “everyone got real serious”
Woman 3: “the claws are about to come out”
Woman 4: “people are nervous, especially the ones who haven’t talked to him”
Hulu watching the premiere episode right now...saying that this live episode + watch parties is the most painful thing I’ve seen on this show might be a massive understatement #TheBachelor
This David injury conversation with Becca...Chris Harrison is the WORST at talking to other human beings. The facial expressions...the awkwardness. Always has this smirk on his face. #TheBachelerotte
This Colton/Tia storyline? Eye roll inducing...The show obviously knew the situation well before filming, and planned to have them both on that date as part of the storylines they wanted to develop during this season. #TheBachelerotte
When will people like David just wise up to the fact that Jordan/Corinne/Chad are just on the show playing a role and aren’t real contestants? Just let it go, let the show play its course. Not worth spending your time on it #TheBachelerotte
Telling comment from Arie on why he proposed "I think it was the pressure of it all". Why? Because the show requires the lead to propose, and if they don't (Juan Pablo), they will destroy you with the edit and in the press. This is made clear to every lead. #TheBachelor
Last, think about how crazy (and messed up) it is that Becca is now willingly going back to participate as the lead on the show. With the same producers & host that forced her public humiliation for the sake of great tv #TheBachelor
Nothing bothers me as much as smug Chris Harrison using his "cast" to deflect blame (he did the same in the 1st episode after BiP was cancelled) to get cast members to deflect blame away from the show. The show and the producers are amoral at best #TheBachelor
Bothering me on ATFR: Q&A w the women...all of them destroyed Arie, then when Chris Harrison asks "should we have showed it?" they back track and pretend it's ok, that the show has no fault. Covering themselves so they can be on BiP & stay in good graces of the show #TheBachelor
That breakup never would've happened on air had the show and the producers not forced the issue with Arie and pressured him into it. Could Arie have said no? Absolutely...but it is the show's fault first and foremost for forcing the issue #TheBachelor
