@eldritchmother And I know a lot of other men that share this same experience of barely anyone complimenting or being nice to them, which is why so many interpret kindness to be sexual interest. Doesn't excuse them coming on to someone who doesn't want it, but the reason why is understandable.

@eldritchmother Not being nice to men is directly responsible for this problem, I remember compliments I got years ago because it happens so infrequently that I'm complimented, and instead it's usually just taken for granted that I know how to do this thing or that I did good on that test.
