Hi team , i bought a phone with flipkart upgrade plan last year, i did a payment today using pay and keep option, while payment is deducted, no confirmation though. Called flipkart multiple times but not getting support.

@WakefitCo : I did a purchase from Amazon for a memory foam mattress from wakefit and believe me that was the worst decision I took. Continuously following up with the team for pickup but no help from past 20 days but except ticket generation , I didn't get anything. Worst exp
