The church is the field of God and he wants us to grow. Spiritual immaturity, relational individualism, and missional inward focus can be obstacles and barriers to that growth. ⁦@realmattcarr⁩

The church is the field of God, meant to grow. We have no capability to produce growth (fruitfulness), but we have a clear call to pursue growth (faithfulness). Paul plants, Apollos waters, God gives growth. If God gives all the growth, God gets all the glory!

One of my low-key favorite @BackCreekCLT events of the year. We sing, pray, hear, and remember that the light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not, will not, cannot overcome it. #LightTheWay

Today at church, we had 6 children publicly profess faith in Jesus and partake of the Lord’s Supper for the first time. One of them we baptized on profession. We also welcomed 3 new households into our faith family with several more to come soon. God is at work! @BackCreekCLT
