@AmericanAir Such a poor experience for those of us who have spent so much time with this airline, as gold and platinum members. American makes a mistake, admitted to by the CRO and the gate agent, move me from front to last row away from my family because they gave away my seat, not even the same class of service. By accident. Even told me there was an open Business Class seat, but would fly it empty vs put me into it due to rules. No help, and the very slightest of apologies "A note that literally says "We're sorry this happened". So disappointed. This is why we have been slowly moving our trips to @Delta where service is obviously a core tenet.

Excited to try the new https://t.co/SY0MVVdsQW! Woohoo! When will it be ready? I also tried the FAQ which didn't have any dropdown. I love alpha software as much as the next person, but even an alpha should have some basic functionality, no? Or was I not supposed to try it yet? It seems to have gotten the picture right, though...

@timburchett hmmm, the power of an education...

@AFlorence10462 One thing that isn't smarter - his followers...

@alexboge Very well done thread, thank you - always appreciated when people use actual data and think through critically about what it means to the story, how it was collected, where bias and assumptions may influence. Lots to digest here!

@R1ckyb0bby38 @AlexaBliz_ I love the overall logic, and the deliberately introduced mispellling designed to a) prove it wasn't authored by AI and b) excite the trolls 😉

Thanks to VPN from @NordVPN, besides much better safety & privacy, you can choose what you want @googlemaps to call #LakeOntario. Here come 35M Canadians setting their VPN to New York...

Hayes is an interesting one for sure. The evidence is pretty weak that he and Tilden had anything to do themselves with the corrupt process that put him in office. And when he got there, he absolutely attacked the status quo and did things like select people based on merit :) He eliminated a lot of the day's current corruption and buying of favor. The methodology used is an integrity-focused methodology from Siena. Certainly not perfect!

I asked ChatGPT to rank the presidents based on graft and corruption, and to identify and use a standard methodology of available. Led to some interesting stories about Chester Arthur and Jimmy Carter. @StallionCornell you have inspired not just a trend, but I think a lot of education too!

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@JoshuaBarzon Very cool. Impossible I think to get it into one viewable asset and have everything represented perfectly, so some things missing for sure but super nice visual...

@FrankLuntz @cribbeer Awesome...

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@Fwd_Party It is time to step up and represent the 70%

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@Fwd_Party I love seeing the progress and enthusiasm. Keep up the great work!

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@Darth_Pingu Sad on sooo many levels 😿

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@StallionCornell Well done!

[Netlify @Netlify]

Why build 110 websites?

To test 110 ideas.

@closermethod shares how she uses Netlify to quickly validate lead magnets and funnels. If something works, she doubles down. If it doesn't, she moves on.

That's a builder's mindset.

@MikeJohnson We have tried crazy…

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@bennyjohnson Yep, and same thing with tax returns - they should be received, not postmarked, right?

[Thomas @BackInTheBox_]

@mo1532372 @StephenM Complete nonsense and not true at all. What a fool, just trying to create trouble (or actually dumb) - one of the two.
