@FullCountChaos Gotta be consistent with good pitching...tempering my excitement, let's see what happens with the next six road games, 3 in Boston and 3 in Toronto. Need 3-3 at a minimum, want 4-2. What's your call?
My discussion with the great Doug Plank is now available. It is full of great stories told as only Doug can. I especially liked how he wound up playing for Woody Hayes at Ohio State via Joe Paterno at Penn State. Give it a view/listen and be sure to Like it. Thanks!

@johnmellencamp Saw John 5-6 times - always a great show - best was the China Club in NYC, about 2 feet from the stage - he opened with a cover and smoked it, too bad I have no idea what song it was - always a tight sounding band.

If baseball is truly a business, you cannot dictate to me as an owner how much to spend. At the same time I cannot cry for a cap. Get rid of revenue sharing, have teams go out of business, increase the talent pool, which makes for more talent on each roster and levels out salaries. Owners roll out the same bad rosters because other teams supplement them and fans keep going to games. Take away any of those rev. streams, things change immediately.
