@alanwdenyer I’m a big fan of old architecture so i’m with you on the preservation front. I do love modern too though and in the right circumstances totally understand the want to build from scratch. Only if it adds something different through.

@alanwdenyer Yes and no. In some cases we could end up with some fairly ill considered conversions if planning is made ‘easy’. But in principal I completely agree. It’s something we’ve spoken about a fair bit recently.
