Had raised a request in the month of December to solve a simple issue they have dragged the issue until today and it hasn't been solved yet.

The customer service team id so lethargic in their work.

I had ordered the @reliancejio jio-fi router and the status says it is delivered.

Noticed the coach is next to General Compartment and people of General Compartment are seating in the coach. There are people sleeping on the pathways and it does not feel safe.

A person from RTO Bangalore, Rajajinagar where the stall Sri Ganesh Enterprises took around 4k promising me to provide IDP within 4 days, it's now 5 months and there has been no details for the same.

Whenever I visit the stall, the person will not be there.

I had to call customer care from 24-48 hrs only to be assured that the issue will be undertaken on priority.

Freaking worst service provider.
