What's insane about the people defending Lindsay Clancy is the ignorance to her literal Apple Watch telling you her heart rate.

When she premeditated the murder by looking up how long she'd have, over the next 20 minutes her heart rate jumps to 120BPM.

Her husband Patrick leaves at 5:15pm and her heart rate becomes very relaxed, basically resting 5:16 - 5:23.

Then at 5:33 - 5:38 she goes down 2 flights to the basement where the kids were found.
