@British_Airways when I call I never get to speak to anyone and their is no way to track the status of my claim. Your website says 30 days for cases to be resolved yet it is going on 90 days
@British_Airways it's been 11 weeks and my friends and I have yet to be reimbursed for our canceled flight and accommodation cost being stuck in London.
@British_Airways why can't I ever speak to someone live about my claim. I am out thousands of dollars and still no reimbursement. I'll be tweeting daily and encouraging others not to use your airlines until my case is completed.

@British_Airways it's been 9 weeks since you guys cancelled my flight and has me stranded in London for days. No calls, no emails, no response to my reimbursement and EU law claim. Customer service ignores and I'm never traveling with you guys again even if the flight is free
