@watsonspodcast Adoption is not about having a child, you have to take the full responsibility. Their rights as as your own. Norture them, guide them and let them experience what a family is all about.
How do you tell your child they’re adopted?
For this family, the answer was simple: don’t make it a secret. They made adoption part of their child’s story from the beginning.

@watsonspodcast I think if you’re going to adopt someone, you have to be honest, a child deserves to know the truth. Adopting is not just about keeping someone but to ensure that they are love, cared and to know where they came from.
@thefbtcpodcast Our struggles lead us to somewhere we never expected, sometimes even we lost in path there’s always a perfect way for us. Just never surrender, because the only person can help you is yourself.
@thefbtcpodcast A mother’s love is incomparable, no matter what bad choices we made, she’s still gonna love us. After all, our choices in life made us stronger, taught us lessons and guide us to a better life.
@thefbtcpodcast Honestly, giving much doesn’t simplifies your worth as a person. You don’t need to sacrifice all the things you have to everyone. You build yourself, you work hard so keep something for yourself. You can help them by not carrying all the burdens. Setting boundaries can help.
One of the hardest things about setting financial boundaries?
Finding out who was only around because you kept paying the bill.
That realization can hurt but it can also set you free.

@watsonspodcast When we are going trough something in life there’s always hope that we hold on, and that’s what faith looks like. Faith keeps us strong, make us holistically healthy. However, I suggest that it’s much better if we are physically, emotionally healthy.
What does faith have to do with your health?
For Bev, spiritual health is just as important as physical, mental, and emotional health. Even when the body is struggling, faith can provide strength, support, and a sense of joy.
Her story is a reminder that **health is more than what we can see.**
How does your spiritual health help you through life’s challenges?

Sometimes the hardest truth isn't about what someone did to you.
It's about what you allowed—and what you taught them to expect.
This conversation goes there.

@thefbtcpodcast I think giving too much sometimes made you question how far people do the same thing for you. I realize that don’t give too much, allow yourself to grow, spend what you earned. Generosity doesn’t only mean giving too much. Take more for yourself.
@thefbtcpodcast I deeply understand that money works everything. However, no one understands that the true wealth is when you never allow yourself to be used by money. Two things that comes up with my mind about this podcast is the battle between, the importance of having more or having enough.
The goal shouldn't be to LOOK rich.
Social media rewards whoever gets the most views, the flashiest lifestyle, the best body, and the biggest flex.
But real wealth is about longevity, ownership, and what you pass down.
“All that shiny shit ain’t real.”
That part. 👀

1/ 6 signs your "healthy" life isn't actually healthy.
We got real about this as a family. A thread. 🧵
2/ Sign #1: You eat without noticing what you're eating.
If you're reaching for something and can't say why, that's usually not about the food.
3/ Sign #2: You treat sleep like it's optional.
It's not separate from exercise or diet. It's the thing holding the rest together.
4/ Sign #3: You can't remember the last time you did something just for joy.
Not for health. Not for anyone else. Just because it felt good.
5/ Sign #4: You make big decisions when you're already worn down.
The pause matters more than people think.
6/ Sign #5: Someone else's bad day quietly becomes yours too.
Especially the people you love most.
7/ Sign #6: You wait for the "perfect" hour instead of taking the 10 minutes you have.
10 minutes beats zero, every time.
8/ We talk through all six, honestly, on this week's episode of The Watsons: Stronger Together. Link in bio. 🎙️

@watsonspodcast I love how the conversation put an importance of health and how we should deal with our emotional stress. I learned that discipline is important. As we grow older, let’s be mindful of what food we eat and what we don’t.
