But when it’s something that has gone wrong your end, no one wants to answer the phone or emails.

@O2 after multiple emails sent , multiple phone calls made , 14 days later still no one from your customer support team has helped and no one from payment management team has even answered the phone or emailed back. This is shocking customer service. #O2 #canigetsomehelp

And now it’s looking like the house we had an agreement on to purchase, is going to collapse because of an error your end @O2 effecting my wife’s credit file. Strange when we ring to say we owe you money (just to finally get a hold of someone) you answer straight away.

Day 5 @O2 of trying to contact your payment management and getting no where! 1 of your staff tells us “it’s not in her skills set , to deal with what we’re asking “ “ there’s nothing we can do!” Then hangs up the phone!!!! This is shocking.

@O2 She has rang this number , numerous times, waiting 45 minutes to 1 hour for no one to answer and the call gets cut off. Or given random mobile numbers of people who don’t work at O2.

@O2 what has my wife got to do, to actually get through to someone in payment management?? Been trying for 3 days , she either gets cut off or given a number to ring by customer services, when she rings the number, it ends up being someone who doesn’t work at O2.

@emma87_ @O2 Thank you, good luck to you getting this sort your end, this is a massive data protection breach, 1 of the guys Abbie spoke to who again doesn’t work at O2 said someone rang him for payment management , left him a voicemail with all his details.

@emma87_ @O2 Maybe, it’s becoming infuriating, as we’re trying to get in contact with @O2 due to a O2 error, which is effecting my wife’s credit file and now is effecting our mortgage application.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but i miss when #fut was just golds, informs and legends. The market just seems to be oversaturated with so many different variants of cards. It blows my mind sometimes. #FUT23 #FIFA23
