In Kapasan Block, Chittorgarh, where the earth meets the life giving flow of our rivers, 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆 was celebrated not just as a date on the calendar, but as a renewal of the bond between the humans and the waters that sustain us.

Under the 'We Care' initiative, @manjari_org , alongside @ril_foundation and a selfless community of volunteers, stepped into the water’s edge not just to clean, but to heal.

Key Wins:

🌊7 clean-up events in Anupura, Dhani, Kheri, Tarakheri, and Pahoona, and Kapasan villages
🌊156 dedicated volunteers mobilized
🌊2.98 quintals of waste collected

Beyond the physical waste collected, a deeper awareness took root. We watched as communities united, realizing that to protect our water bodies is to protect our own future. Together, we are building a cleaner and greener Rajasthan💚

Potluck parties are great for fun (and the stomach), and standard team-building activities are good, but at @manjari_org , we believe in taking the boldest steps for our collective growth. That’s why every year, we swap the spreadsheets for the fresh air of a team retreat!🌤🥳

We just wrapped 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in beautiful Kesla, Madhya Pradesh, and let’s just say, it wasn’t like an average "sit-and-listen" seminar. Guided by the insightful Mr. Shubash Khare, we dove headfirst into what makes us a family.

Day 1 kicked off with our first-time participants sharing their expectations. Our Executive Director, Mr. Sanjay Sharma (@aesanjay) set the tone with a welcome address that reminded us why we do what we do.

In a powerful reflective exercise, we shared one achievement and more importantly one failure from the past year. Because at Manjari, we don’t hide our stumbles; we use them as stepping stones for collective learning.

The participants were then introduced to the 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 (Challenge, Hurdle, Obstacle, Problem). It’s not just an acronym; it’s our new secret weapon for solution-oriented thinking.

From interactive games to the intense 𝗥𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, our teams learned that collaboration isn't just a buzzword, it’s a survival skill!

We wrapped the day with a deep dive into 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸, 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲. It’s one thing to finish a task, but it’s another level entirely to take accountability for the impact we create.

Day 1 has left all of us tired but mindfully inspired, and slightly obsessed with solving puzzles.
