India is in a deadlock which is almost impossible to recover from now.
If any political party says, they will amend the laws, acts, reservation etc. to make it better, or to fix its loopholes which leads to misuse, that party will never be able to form the government.
That means none of these laws are ever going to be made better. If at all, it's going to get worse, because appeasement is the key to win elections.

That's the only logical direction I can see the country going towards. Any rational person can say where we are heading..
Suffering imaginary pain from the future is called anxiety. Enjoying imaginary success from the future is called manifestation. Some delusions have better branding.
Two years on: Retail investors, Genghis Khan and naraaz fufajis
My column in the Mumbai Mirror.
India’s stock market peaked on September 26, 2024. It has been close to two years and that closing high hasn’t been crossed since.
The NSE 500 Total Returns Index (TRI) – which represents 92% of the stock market – is down 5% from September 26, 2024. The BSE Sensex is down 13.4%.
Given this, for many retail investors who piled up stocks while prices were hitting their peak in 2023 and 2024, the promised acche din haven’t arrived.
Such investors and many others, still live in the hope of the golden period of the stock market from March 2020 to September 2024 coming back.
But that isn’t going to happen. And a little history lesson from Genghis Khan will tell us why.

I've been reading up on the Jain community here in the UK, and it's amazing how much a small group can achieve. With only about 40,000 people, they have built incredible charity networks, fund medical research, and have virtually zero crime rates due to their strict vows of non-violence and honesty. They are an absolute credit to our country and a perfect model of successful integration. 🇬🇧 ❤️
I received an invite from the Ministry of Finance, and I thought it was spam.
I looked into the email after 15 mins
It said, "Chief Economic Advisor (CEA) of India wants to talk with you"
I still couldn't get it
There was a landline number mentioned in the email. I called up and asked if this was a conference or something I was being invited to.
They said the CEA wants to talk personally and hear the story. And could I come to Delhi.
I said yes. He also wanted all the economists in his office to be part of it.
This is the team that puts together the Economic Survey and the country's economic policies every year.
I flew to Delhi and met the CEA and his team.
I shared my journey into deep-tech, drone policies and Indian manufacturing, in the context of my previous drone startup Airdonex and my current startup @ProcurioIndia
They listened carefully to every challenge we have run into, and were genuinely interested in what founders need from policy.
We concluded with explaining what we are building at PROCURIO, that we are on a mission to set a new benchmark for how anyone can source and manufacture from India.
@skiy7 With HDFC, if I think of last 2 yrs now, they’ve lost interest in cust exp and satisfaction
They’ve also stopped a lot of perks on their credit cards
One switch to groundnut oil and the scale has exploded. It's about time that haldirams & bikajis of the world understand that next gen clients will turn away if you keep using canola, cotton seed oils.

I want to create an AI agent that picks all my spam and scam calls (i.e. 95% of my calls), and then engages them in a minimum 30-min conversation.
Won't change my life, but will totally benefit the people who would have otherwise been called in that time.
