🚨 Amnesty’s case rests entirely on UNAMA reporting.

The Taliban banned women from working for NGOs in December 2022, then extended this to UN agencies in April 2023, leaving only male staff on the ground. But under Taliban segregation rules, men cannot enter facilities where women are present, and hospitals are exactly such facilities.

As a result, UNAMA or any independent NGO has effectively been denied access to hospitals for the past three years, with multiple documented reports citing this exact reason for entry being refused.

This is the core problem: if UNAMA has had no direct access and no way to verify conditions inside for three years, on what basis can they, or Amnesty, relying on their reporting, claim with confidence that this site was a functioning hospital?

Secondly, if it were a hospital, why were secondary explosions documented and heard after the attack? Only ammunition depots can have secondary explosions not a hospital….

Third, if it were a hospital with 2,000 beds, where are the attendants? There must be attendants, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, ambulances, and so on, 2,000 beds means thousands of staff. Everyone has a phone. Why is there not even a single piece of video evidence substantiating that it was a hospital?

Finally, and most importantly, why was this report issued under the name of Isabelle Lassée, who was given the additional charge of Acting Regional Director for South Asia, a role she does not normally hold, rather than under the name of the actual Regional Director for South Asia, Smriti Singh, an Indian national?

The reason is that Smriti Singh did not want a report critical of Pakistan published under her own name, so Lassée was handed the “acting” title to shield India from direct blame. But even if Lassée authored the report, she would have been working under the direct supervision of her immediate superior, Smriti Singh, who has close ties to the BJP and the Indian government.

This raises serious questions about whether the report reflects independent human rights analysis or is shaped by political direction from India.

"شہید کی قیمت تنخواہ نہیں ہوتی!"

جب کوئی یہ کہتا ہے کہ "فوجی تنخواہ لیتا ہے، اس لیے جان دینا اس کا کام ہے" تو وہ شاید یہ بھول جاتا ہے کہ تنخواہ کسی انسان کی جان، اس کے بچوں کی مسکراہٹ، بوڑھے والدین کے سہارے اور ایک ماں کی دعاؤں کی قیمت کبھی نہیں ہو سکتی۔

اگر واقعی تنخواہ ہی جان کی قیمت ہے، تو پھر کوئی بھی شخص اپنے بیٹے کو صرف تنخواہ کے بدلے دہشت گردوں کی گولیوں، بارودی سرنگوں اور دشمن کی آگ کے سامنے بھیجنے پر آمادہ کیوں نہیں ہوتا؟

سپاہی صرف نوکری نہیں کرتا، وہ ایک عہد نبھاتا ہے۔ وہ ہر لمحہ اس لیے تیار رہتا ہے کہ اگر وطن پکارے تو اپنی جان بھی قربان کر دے۔ اس کی تنخواہ اس کی شہادت کی قیمت نہیں، بلکہ اس کی ذمہ داری، مسلسل تربیت، سخت حالات میں خدمت اور ہر وقت تیار رہنے کا معاوضہ ہے۔

سیاسی اختلاف اپنی جگہ، مگر شہداء کی قربانیوں کو صرف تنخواہ تک محدود کر دینا ان خاندانوں کے دکھ کو کم نہیں کرتا بلکہ ان کے زخموں پر نمک چھڑکنے کے مترادف ہے۔

یاد رکھیں!
وطن صرف نعروں سے محفوظ نہیں رہتے، بلکہ اُن لوگوں کی قربانیوں سے محفوظ رہتے ہیں جو اپنی جان ہتھیلی پر رکھ کر سرحدوں اور عوام کی حفاظت کرتے ہیں۔

سلام ہے پاکستان کے ہر شہید کو۔ اللہ تعالیٰ تمام شہداء کے درجات بلند فرمائے اور ان کے اہلِ خانہ کو صبرِ جمیل عطا فرمائے۔ آمین۔ 🇵🇰

پہلے سفارت خانے کو دھوکہ دیتے ہیں اُس کے ملک کا ویزا لیتے ہیں کہ گھومنے جارہا ہوں پڑھنے جارہا ہوں پھر وہاں پہنچ کر وہاں کی حکومت کو بیوقوف بناتے ہیں کہ میرے ملک میں میری زندگی محفوظ نہیں مجھے سیاسی پناہ دو پھر وہاں کے نظام کو بیوقوف بناتے ہیں دو دو جگہ کام کرنے کے باوجود سرکاری بے روزگاری وظیفہ لیتے ہیں پھر جب پاسپورٹ یا کارڈ مل جاتا ہے پاکستان کے شہری ہونے کے سارے حقوق ختم ہوجاتے ہیں تو ٹوئٹر پر آکر لیڈر بن جاتے ہیں ہر وقت پاکستان کو کوستے ہیں حکمرانوں کو گالیاں دیتے ہیں اور خود کو بہت بہادر اور ایماندار ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں ۔ یہ ہے کہانی باہر بیٹھے ہر نام نہاد متقی پرہیز گار انسانی حقوق انسانی نفسیات کے چیمپئن کی ، جس کی بنیاد ہی جھوٹ اور دھوکے پر کھڑی ہو وہ سچ کا ڈھونگ ہی رچاسکتا ہے سچا ہو نہیں سکتا جو دھوکے سے ویزا لے سکتا ہے وہ باقی سب کتنے دھوکے سے کرتا ہوگا زرا سوچیے۔۔۔
انھیں مسیحا سمجھنے سے پہلے یہ سوال بھی کرلیا کریں کہ آپ اس ملک کے شہری بنے کیسے جہاں کے گُن گاتے ہیں اور آپ کے ملک کو ذلیل کرتے ہیں ۔ جس نے چند پیسے کمانے کی لالچ میں آپ کے ملک کو بدنام کرکے سیاسی پناہ لے لی وہ آپ کے ملک یا آپ سے کیسے مخلص ہوسکتا ہے ۔ کبھی سوچا یا پوچھا آپ نے۔

Blue Pakistani passports should only be for officials on diplomatic assignments -- and that too only until their term lasts.
Why should every MNA, MPA & senator along with their families get them? This is also a form of corruption. These undue privileges undermine democracy.

جب میں نے خبر دی کہ سی ایم ایچ راولا کوٹ میں ایک ڈاکٹر نے زخمی کانسٹیبل کی مخبری کی اور کالعدم بلیک میل ایکشن کمیٹی کے درندوں نے اُس زندہ کانسٹیبل کی آنتڑیاں نکال کر مار دیا تو مجھے لندن سے دھمکیوں کی کالیں اور میسجز آنا شروع ھو گئے برطانیہ میں بیٹھے انڈیا اور را سے پیسے ہکڑ کر معصوم لوگوں کو تشدد پر اُکسانے والے یہ عناصر پاکستان خلاف نفرت پھیلا رہے ہیں میں پاکستان سے لیکر لندن تک انکے خلاف کارروائی کروں گا انکو چھوڑوں گا نہیں .
