@DH8781673637347@revolutsupport Im waiting 17 days now. No clear explanation or timeframe. I raised formal complaint to @RevolutApp and surprisingly… no joy. I landed my FOS complaint. Hopefully this will speed this up. I dont want to paint a dark scenarios but i wouldn’t count on quick resolution here…
@walkermartyn @RevolutApp Sent an official complaint (of course didn’t get any response) and if that wont help ill have to look for help with some outside institutions. Im an everyday @RevolutApp user and honestly got no idea what triggered this account lock. Scary stuff to be honest.

@walkermartyn @RevolutApp Its troubling because I’m currently abroad and just transferred significant amount to revolut. I get little to no information about why this happened. Simply scary. lost all my trust to them. If i were you just close this account and definitely dont keep any serious amount there.

I just saw your post because I’m trying to see if theres more people facing the problem i have. It looks like something related to my issue. Its been now more than a week since @RevolutApp is reviewing my details and they froze my account completely.

@AlphaaaLKA @RevolutApp On top of that im currently abroad so i did transfer significant amount to my balance. They ruined my first week here. @RevolutApp just lost a customer in me . Cant trust service like this. Hopefully youre more lucky
@AlphaaaLKA @RevolutApp I think its related to £10 crypto payment for some service (i think because i got zero details from @RevolutApp). I contact them every day and i hear same story that they will ask my case to be prioritised. You need to be patient because they got no intention to be quick.
