I fully and enthusiastically support Sen. Warren. Not because she is a woman, lawyer, or democrat, but because of her positions on policy issues that matter. Warren seeks to protect consumers, enact health care for all, and regulate big banks. #MiddleClass Run Sen.Warren
NEW: The Trump Administration’s plan to gut funding for life-saving medical research to help find cures and treatments for things like Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and diabetes would be devastating for our state and UW System campuses.
We're suing to stop them.
My statement ⬇️
Just seeing this now.
A party to a contract always has legal recourse to enforce their rights and the other parties obligations. This is a fundamental tenant of contract law. Not complicated and actually 1L stuff.
Final time touching on Xavier Lucas situation.
1. UW was in the right this entire time.. as expected.
2. If you want to make Pro Athlete money.. honor your Pro Athlete contracts.
3. Wisconsin will forever stuff Miami Football in a locker

BREAKING: Chris Wallace just completely demolished Donald Trump’s debate performance. Wallace went so far as to call Donald Trump’s debate performance tonight the worst debate performance in American history. Retweet to make sure all Americans see this
CNN should be embarrassed to have @ScottJenningsKY as a paid political contributor. He said it's "weak sauce" for Harris to do a joint interview with Walz.
He clearly forgot that Donald Trump did a joint interview with JD Vance.
Scott, you're pathetic & a hypocrite!
Here are my five takeaways as the #Gophers lose the Axe to Wisconsin in a 28-14 defeat.
A lot more big-picture talk in these, as a rough November sets up arguably the most important offseason of PJ Fleck's tenure.

The Big Ten and NCAA answered questions for nearly 30 minutes about the Cooper DeJean touchdown that was wiped out vs. Minnesota.
@JeffreyTheGreek The rule is really clear on this. https://t.co/MvwMXurVLu
🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: A bipartisan bill was introduced that would block members of Congress from getting paid if the U.S. enters debt default or if the government shuts down.
The No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act, introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), would withhold lawmakers' pay for the duration of a debt limit breach or lapse in federal funding, an attempt to motivate legislators to prevent either situation.
The bill comes amid growing fears that Republicans will not agree to meet the June 1 deadline set by the Treasury Department to raise the debt limit and risk a catastrophic default on U.S. obligations.
“Lawmakers should not be rewarded with our salaries until we do our jobs," Spanberger said.
What are your thoughts? Should it pass?
@lawofruby@STabbytosavit Trump hates to read and he loves money. I dont believe for 1 second that Trump didnt sell our top secrets to China, Russia, Saudi Arabia and any other country that wanted our secrets and they paid Trump in a secret overseas bank account
BREAKING: Biden's Justice Department boldly informs MAGA-controlled Texas that it's filing a legal action against the vicious placement of floating barriers in the Rio Grande river — a "defensive" measure erected against migrants that makes it exponentially more likely that they'll drown.
The Justice Department sent their warning letter to the state's vicious racist governor Greg Abbott, and warned him that his brutal anti-migrant methods "violate federal law" and "raise humanitarian concerns" while creating "serious risks to public safety and the environment."
The DOJ has a slum-dunk case here and they quoted a specific clause in the law that "prohibits the creation of any obstruction to the navigable capacity of waters of the United States" and dictates that specific authorization from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required to legally build such structures.
This Justice Department moves comes after a Texas state trooper whistleblower horrified the world by revealing that troopers have been ordered to push migrants — including children and babies — back into the surging waters of the Rio Grande. They have also been ordered to deny them drinking water.
Additionally, Gov. Abbott has been accused of escalating his war against desperate migrants seeking better lives by deploying "sharp razor wire" in the river which is "creating death traps for migrants and violating U.S. treaty commitments with Mexico."
Biden must be commended for taking action against Republican cruelty. These bloodthirsty conservatives delight in the deaths of poor desperate people. They must be stopped.
