@The_SpudLife @acnewsitics Yes it did. When you take them out of the private insurance pool, which Obamacare subsidies purchased, you force private companies to raise rates. Obamacare subsidies went to private insurance companies bottom line. Remove that, and you have to raise rates to fill the hole.
