@NewbieSlt @PeartJames It’s important that none of the steps escalate to SLT until 24 & 25. Then it should be:

24. Member of SLT finally called, who have tea and banter with relevant pupil.

25. SLT speak sternly to teacher about their behaviour management.

1. Process starts again with eye roll.

Don’t forget that Level One of our new 25 step Behaviour Policy is no longer the reprimand, but the eye roll. Please remember that eyes should be rolled from left to right and that there should be no tutting until Level 2. We’ve already had parental complaints.
