For a long time, my mind and my lifestyle have carried more weight than most people will ever see. Behind the photos, the confidence and the music, there have been battles with exhaustion, pressure, sleepless nights, disappointment and moments where simply keeping myself moving forward felt like an achievement.

Music became a place where I could turn everything I’ve lived through into something that actually means something. Every track holds a piece of emotion, truth or experience even the parts of my story that were difficult to put into words.

I’m not releasing music because I expect everyone to understand me. I’m releasing it in the hope that it reaches the right people.

The woman who feels misunderstood. The person quietly fighting a battle nobody knows about. The one who has been judged, damaged or pushed down and is still trying to find the strength to rise again.

If one of my songs reaches someone at the exact moment they need to hear it, then everything I’ve poured into this journey has a purpose.

Maybe the things that once hurt me can become the very things that help someone else feel less alone.

You see the content, the music and the confidence… but you don’t always see what happens behind the scenes. 🖤

My life is nonstop. Working and creating, building my music career, managing socials, planning releases and running my businesses, all while living with insomnia and PTSD. Some days I’m running on barely any sleep, but I still get up and keep moving toward everything I believe in.

My music is also much deeper than just releasing songs. Some tracks come from real experiences and carry meanings that are incredibly personal to me. Some are created to empower women, give strength to those who’ve felt silenced or underestimated, some are spicy and some touch on political and social issues that I believe deserve to be spoken about. 🎶🔥

One of the hardest things I’ve had to accept is how someone can hurt you deeply, disappear, and then come back into your life acting like nothing ever happened.

They apologise. They want another chance. They want everything to go back to normal.

But what they don’t always understand is that I still remember what happened. My mind remembers. My heart remembers.

You don’t get to abuse someone, come back when you’re ready, say sorry and expect the damage to disappear.

I’ve moved forward with my life, but situations like this can bring back memories I worked incredibly hard to leave behind. And sometimes it affects me much more deeply than anyone around me realises.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean access.
An apology doesn’t automatically rebuild trust.
And protecting my peace doesn’t make me heartless.
