My man sent me money yesterday for “period care” cause my cramp was out of usual and today, he’s ordered me lunch at work too cause I couldn’t cook.
Then i remembered I’ve once dated someone who told me:
“why can’t I get used to the cramps since it’s what I deal with every month instead of yapping about it”
Again, love is care and who love you won’t make you doubt it ❤️
This is so emotional 😭 💔💔🥺❤️
Daughter shows off a video of their mother that still works with her blind eyes for her kids to survive 🤔❤️❤️
Nobody can be like mothers 🥺❤️
A Ghanaian man, Opoku Afriyie, has been sentenced to one year in prison for stealing medication worth GH¢60 from a pharmacy in a desperate bid to treat his rheumatism.
According to reports, Afriyie had been prescribed drugs he could not fully afford. With only GH¢20 in his possession, he seized a moment when the pharmacy attendant stepped away and left with the medication without paying.
In a surprising twist, he later returned to the same pharmacy to purchase more drugs, where he was immediately recognized and arrested.
The court convicted him of theft and imposed a 12-month custodial sentence. The ruling has ignited public debate in Ghana, with many citizens questioning the severity of the punishment given Afriyie’s poor health and dire financial situation.
We were at a party when one of his old friends the kind who thinks she’s funny said,
“If you ever get tired of her, you know where to find me.”
She smiled like it was harmless.
Before I could even process it, he said, “I don’t entertain disrespect. Especially not toward my wife.”
No laugh. No “she’s joking.” No softening it.
The room shifted.
He didn’t protect my feelings quietly later. He protected my dignity right there.
And I realized something that night loyalty isn’t what someone says in private. It’s what they shut down in public.
