ENHYPEN deserve another Daesang because this year, more than ever, I want to see them WIN. 🖤

They've had to navigate one of the hardest chapters of their journey under relentless scrutiny, hate, comparisons and criticism. Every move has been questioned, every achievement debated, and their identity as ENHYPEN constantly challenged. Yet they've continued to show up, work hard, perform and give us their music.

And the thing is, they don't need to victimize themselves to deserve recognition..They don't need to turn their pain into a performance or publicly prove how much they've endured for people to acknowledge their worth Their perseverance, their music and their achievements speak for themselves.

That's why I want another Daesang for them Not out of pity, not to prove their critics wrong, but because I want their achievements to be louder than the hate. I want to see Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki standing together, holding that trophy, knowing that everything they've worked for means something

This isn't about erasing the past. It's about respecting every chapter of ENHYPEN's story and allowing these six boys to write their own without being punished for it.

I want them to have a moment that belongs entirely to them — a moment of genuine happiness, pride and recognition
I don't want them to win because they've been hurt I want them to win because, even through everything, they never stopped moving forward.

Let their music speak. Let their achievements speak. Let them have a reason to smile that nobody can take away from them.

After everything this year, I just want the world to give ENHYPEN something beautiful back 🖤

We are calling on @tajoy_ent and @cnca_media to provide an immediate and transparent explanation regarding the automatic cancellation and refund of Shopee orders for the ENHYPEN fansign and café event entries.

FILIPINO ENGENES HAVE FULFILLED OUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS IN FULL. We paid for our orders and waited patiently for them to be fulfilled, only for the system to automatically cancel them due to the seller’s failure to arrange shipment within the required timeframe. Although refunds have been initiated, many buyers are still waiting for their funds to return to their accounts due to bank processing delays.

Not everyone has the extra money to repurchase these orders while our original payments remain inaccessible. If repurchasing is required, where are we supposed to get the funds when our money is still tied up in a refund we never asked for? We were also eagerly anticipating the exclusive photocards included in our purchases, making these cancellations even more disappointing.

WE PAID. WE WAITED. WE DID OUR PART. Now, we are left dealing with uncertainty, frustration, and the possibility of additional financial burdens caused by circumstances beyond our control. These were not voluntary cancellations initiated by buyers who refused to honor their orders. We fulfilled our obligations, and we refuse to be misrepresented as irresponsible buyers.

ENGENES have been raising their concerns since yesterday, but as of this writing, ENGENES have received no official explanation from @tajoy_ent or @cnca_media. We deserve answers regarding the cancellations, the outstanding refunds, and the next steps. We should not have to repeatedly speak up just to have our concerns acknowledged.

This situation also brings back concerns surrounding CNCA’s rejection notice to Philippine fanbases regarding the fan project, which was issued on the very day of the fun meet, October 3. That incident raised questions about how Filipino ENGENES are treated, how information is communicated, and whether the efforts of our fandom are genuinely valued. Now, we are facing another unresolved issue without an official response.

HOW IS THIS ANY DIFFERENT? Filipino ENGENES continue to invest our time, money, effort, and trust, only to be left waiting for answers when problems arise. How many times must our concerns go unaddressed before they are taken seriously?

WE DO NOT WANT OUR FIRST FANSIGN WITH ENHYPEN TO BE OUR LAST. Filipino ENGENES worked hard to make the October 4 fansign a memorable and enjoyable experience for ENHYPEN. We hoped this would open the door to more opportunities to welcome and meet them in the Philippines. We should not have to fear losing future events because of mismanagement beyond our control.

@tajoy_ent and @cnca_media, we call for accountability, a clear explanation of what happened, a resolution for affected buyers, and assurance regarding the potential impact on future ENHYPEN events in the Philippines.

WE PAID IN FULL. WE WAITED PATIENTLY. OUR ORDERS WERE CANCELLED. NOW, WE ARE LEFT WAITING FOR OUR MONEY WHILE FACING THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING TO REPURCHASE OUR ALBUMS. HOW IS THIS FAIR TO THE BUYERS WHO DID THEIR PART?

FILIPINO ENGENES SHOULD NOT BEAR THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. OUR FIRST FANSIGN SHOULD BE THE BEGINNING, NOT THE END. DO NOT LET MISMANAGEMENT AND A LACK OF COMMUNICATION JEOPARDIZE OUR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET ENHYPEN.
