Temporary patch in place now. All new messages will pass internal checks now, good to go. Messages sent within the last few weeks will be scanned and added regardless of their fee to ensure we recapture lost baemails.

BSV price has risen so dramatically that some of the checks and balances in Baemail have held messages for low fee payment. There is divergence between the market price and the on chain price to calculate fees. API may be down briefly as the fix is implemented. Updating as we go.
